Job Title: Junior Video Editor (YouTube & Short-Form)

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (20–60 mins)

• Repurpose long videos into:

YouTube Shorts

Instagram Reels

• Ensure clean cuts, pacing, and clarity

• Add basic captions, zooms, and B-roll if required

• Follow brand editing guidelines and SOPs

• Deliver edits on time and implement feedback quickly

Requirements

 Working knowledge of any professional video editing software

 Basic understanding of YouTube & Instagram formats

 Attention to detail and willingness to learn

 Ability to work with feedback and revisions

 Stable internet and system for editing
