Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing for e-commerce and wants hands-on experience in creating product images, infographics, lifestyle visuals, and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) for Amazon listings.

You will work closely with our team and learn how to create designs that not only look great but also drive sales and meet Amazon’s strict content requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design main images, infographics, lifestyle images, and image sets for Amazon product listings.

Create and update Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and Premium A+ content.

Incorporate feedback from management and make edits as per company SOPs.

Ensure all designs follow Amazon’s uploading guidelines to avoid suppression issues.

Maintain a consistent visual style across all brand creatives.

Research competitor designs and product reviews to create appealing and competitive visuals.

Manage timelines effectively and deliver high-quality designs on time.

Requirements

Prior experience in graphic design for Amazon or e-commerce is a big advantage.

At least 1 year of experience in graphic design (internships/projects also considered).

Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and vector artwork tools.

A good design portfolio (Amazon/e-commerce work preferred).

Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on image quality.

Ability to work independently while being a team player.

Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines.

Fast turnaround time of design concepts.

Maximum of two rounds of changes before approvals.

100% client satisfaction with delivered creatives.

Standard Process You’ll Follow (SOP)

Start with a Concept & Requirement Sheet.

Take necessary client access and check if Premium A+ is unlocked.

Understand the client’s requirements and assets provided.

Check for banned words in copy and review competitor listings.

Create draft concepts and share for approval (max. 2 rounds).

Upload approved content and ensure it goes live successfully.

Interview Process

Round 1: Submit an introduction video along with your portfolio/work samples.

Round 2: Zoom interview for a detailed discussion on your work and skills.
