About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Flipkart Account Manager who can independently manage 10–11 brand accounts on Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Flipkart SEO, growth strategies, operations, promotions, and complete account management. Over time, you’ll also be expected to lead and mentor a team of junior executives/freshers, setting the foundation for a strong internal team.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage 10–11 Accounts Independently

  • End-to-end ownership of multiple Flipkart brand accounts.
  • Ensure each account hits its monthly sales, spend, and performance targets.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across accounts.

2. Flipkart SEO-Driven Listings

  • Create and optimize listings with strong keyword targeting and search intent.
  • Continuously refine content for higher visibility and conversion.

3. Drive Sales & Growth

  • Design and execute strategies to grow revenue and rank organically.
  • Track and improve KPIs like conversion rate, sales velocity, and returns.

4. Promotions & Operations

  • Plan platform campaigns, manage deal slots, and utilize promotional tools effectively.
  • Coordinate inventory, order flow, returns, and SLA metrics.

5. Onboarding New Accounts

  • Handle complete onboarding of new brands — GST setup, bank details, compliance, catalog setup.
  • Ensure a smooth and timely go-live process with strong initial launch strategies.

6. Growth Hacking

  • Experiment with pricing, ads, bundling, and review-building tactics.
  • Stay on top of Flipkart updates and algorithm changes to adapt strategies quickly.

7. Team Leadership (Phase 2)

  • After initial 6–8 months of performance, lead and manage a team of freshers/junior account managers.
  • Train team members on SOPs, ensure quality control, and oversee their KPIs.
  • Act as the central escalation point and strategic lead for the Flipkart vertical.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Flipkart accounts.
  • Proven track record of growing brand sales and handling daily operations.
  • Strong understanding of Flipkart Ads, SEO, and promotional mechanics.
  • Excellent command over Excel, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • High ownership and ability to multitask across 10–11 accounts without follow-up.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership potential.


Bonus If You Have:

  • Managed a team in the past or mentored junior staff.
  • Worked with other marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, etc.).


Growth Path:

Start by managing 10–11 accounts → Deliver consistent results → Build & lead a team → Grow into a Flipkart Vertical Lead / Department Head.
