Join Advertising Saga as a Customer Support Intern in a part-time, remote position based in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a junior-level candidate with 0 to 3 years of work experience, looking to develop their skills in client relations and customer support within an innovative team.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in client relations to ensure a positive experience and sustained partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with LiveChat tools to efficiently manage real-time customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Ability to utilize multichannel communication effectively to address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking and managing customer interactions and data.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement innovative solutions swiftly.
  • Competency in meeting scheduling to organize and manage appointments with both clients and internal teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic remote environment, collaborating with various teams and clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to provide exceptional support and address inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to client issues in LiveChat and other platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and cohesive client support across all areas.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed client interaction records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients to discuss progress, updates, and any other related issues.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify common issues and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to deliver informed guidance.
  • Assist in creating support documents and resources to streamline and improve customer service processes.
