Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in client relations to ensure a positive experience and sustained partnerships (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with LiveChat tools to efficiently manage real-time customer inquiries and support requests.
- Ability to utilize multichannel communication effectively to address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking and managing customer interactions and data.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement innovative solutions swiftly.
- Competency in meeting scheduling to organize and manage appointments with both clients and internal teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic remote environment, collaborating with various teams and clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through various communication channels to provide exceptional support and address inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to client issues in LiveChat and other platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
