Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong leadership capabilities to drive revenue growth, build high-performing sales teams, and scale business operations. This role is ideal for professionals who have managed teams, handled enterprise/client relationships, and consistently delivered revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, managing the sales pipeline, mentoring team members, and building scalable acquisition systems while closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor the business development/sales team
• Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and partnerships
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Develop and implement scalable sales and business acquisition processes
• Set targets, monitor team performance, and ensure goal achievement
• Build strong relationships with clients, brands, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client onboarding and retention
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights
• Create structured reporting and forecasting for business growth
Preferred Profile:
• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales leadership roles
• Experience managing and scaling sales/business development teams
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• SaaS, e-commerce, or technology sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build processes and drive growth from scratch
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset
Compensation:
Salary: 7–10 LPA + Performance Incentives
Experience - 2 to 4 years
