Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our young and energetic team. This is a 3-month internship with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity.
In this role, you’ll be the face of AdvertisingSaga for new clients—discovering opportunities, building strong relationships, and showcasing how our services can help brands grow. If you love connecting with people, solving problems, and want to kickstart your career in sales and digital marketing, this role is the perfect launchpad.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Conduct online or in-person meetings to understand client needs.
Present our services clearly and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.
Follow up with interested leads and build long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the internal team to create tailored solutions for clients.
Convert leads into loyal clients and help achieve company sales goals.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, and updates in CRM/reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of sales/business development experience.
Strong communication and people skills.
Comfortable with calls, emails, and presentations.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, or cold emailing is a plus.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Growth Path
Internship (3 months): ₹15,000/month stipend
PPO (full-time): ₹25,000/month + commissions on client closures & renewals
