Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Mumbai / Remote / Hybrid

Experience: 1–2 Years

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective sales outreach and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective customers.
  • Follow up with prospects and drive opportunities toward successful closures.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline independently.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ownership of results.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
