Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai office. This is a full-time position suited for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role is focused on driving agency growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within the Amazon digital marketing sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to identify and qualify new business prospects through various channels and strategies to expand the client base.
  • Sales Prospecting (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in approaching potential clients proactively and professionally to generate strong sales leads for services.
  • Presentation Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong capability to create, deliver, and adapt presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs and business objectives.
  • Cold Calling: Experience in reaching out to potential clients via telephone to introduce solutions, secure appointments, and close initial deals.
  • Deal Closure: Track record of successfully negotiating and closing sales deals with a focus on meeting or exceeding assigned targets and KPIs.
  • CRM Software: Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions for effective pipeline management.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a performance-driven team to achieve collective business growth targets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the Amazon digital marketing segment using targeted prospecting techniques.
  • Engage in cold calling and outreach campaigns to create awareness and interest among potential clients for agency services.
  • Conduct compelling presentations to prospective customers, clearly communicating the agency’s value proposition and service offerings.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client and lead information, ensuring data integrity for follow-up and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and proposals tailored to client needs and market trends.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare commercial proposals, and drive deal closures to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, providing post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and competition within Amazon and digital marketing to suggest strategic improvements to business development efforts.
