Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, customer-focused, and growth-oriented professional to join DataFuel as a Brand Success Manager.
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Quick Commerce Growth Consulting, and Account Management. You will work directly with leading consumer brands, helping them understand our platform data, identify growth opportunities, improve execution, and maximize value from DataFuel for the Quick-commerce platform.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and growing brands across Quick Commerce platforms and possess a strong understanding of operations, inventory management, advertising, category management, and performance analytics.
Customer Success Manager – Quick Commerce Growth
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Enablement
- Lead onboarding and implementation for newly acquired clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops.
- Ensure clients understand and effectively adopt all platform features.
- Create onboarding plans and customer success roadmaps.
- Drive platform adoption and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Account Management & Customer Success
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, brand managers, e-commerce managers, and leadership teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions.
- Drive customer engagement, retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
- Proactively identify and address customer challenges.
Growth Consulting
- Analyze brand performance across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve:
- Sales Growth
- Product Availability
- Store Coverage
- Assortment Strategy
- Share of Visibility
- Advertising Performance
- Competitive Positioning
- Develop actionable growth recommendations and track implementation.
- Partner with clients to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
Analytics & Insights
- Convert complex datasets into simple, actionable business recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including:
- GMV / Sales
- Share of Visibility
- Availability %
- Out-of-Stock %
- Conversion Metrics
- Advertising Performance & ROAS
- Category Share
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Support data-driven decision-making through meaningful analysis.
Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.
- Share customer feedback to improve platform functionality and user experience.
- Support sales teams during prospect discussions, onboarding, and renewals.
- Contribute to customer success strategies and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- 1–2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Quick Commerce
- E-commerce Marketplace Management
- Customer Success
- Brand Growth Consulting
- Category Management
- Hands-on experience managing brands on:
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Swiggy Instamart
- Strong understanding of:
- Quick Commerce Operations
- Inventory & Replenishment Planning
- Performance Marketing within Quick Commerce
- Category Management
- Marketplace Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred
- Experience working with FMCG, D2C, Consumer Goods, or Quick Commerce-focused agencies.
- Experience in SaaS, Analytics, or Technology platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong consulting mindset with a focus on business growth and customer success.
