Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the CGD sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and business development, along with a deep understanding of CNG/PNG/CBG processes and equipment.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives within the CGD sector.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, client acquisition, and partnership development.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CGD companies, government agencies, and industry associations.
· Lead the sales team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
· Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the CGD sector.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Deep understanding of CNG, PNG, and CBG processes, equipment, and market dynamics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
