Job Overview

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team at Admin Looks. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our web applications. This role requires strong knowledge of Java programming language, API development, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, SpringBoot, AWS, Java API, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Java backend development.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Java backend development
• Strong knowledge of Core Java
• Experience with API development using frameworks like SpringBoot
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda
• Hands-on experience with Java API development and integration
• Understanding of message queue systems like Kafka
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of web applications using Java
• Collaborating with the front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Creating reusable and scalable code libraries for future use
• Implementing security and data protection measures
• Performing unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of the code
• Troubleshooting and debugging production issues
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Good to have - experience in building APIs, experience working with enterprises, experience in financial services.
