We're urgently hiring for the number of Business Development Managers for Robotics & Automation industry along with different verticals. Immediate joiners would be considered only.


Position: Sales/Business Development/Section Officer

Working Mode: Onsite/ Hybrid/Remote

No. of Working Days: 6 Days in a week.

Remuneration: Max INR 60K In Hand along with lucrative Performance Linked Incentives.

Business Verticals: EdTech, Events Media, Robotics, and Drones.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead and manage sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, focusing on expanding market reach and fostering relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients.


Business Development: Identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation within the required (above-mentioned) sectors, building strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.


Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct outreach calls to understand client needs, providing tailored solutions for Industry's offerings. Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.


Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination among various teams and efficient project execution.


Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.


Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred

3 to 5 Years experience in excellent Business development/building long-lasting partnership with the clients or sales management, preferably in educational services or technology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging style.

Results-driven with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
