Immediate Looking for Business/System Analyst - Financial Services with holding experience in the domains of Banking, Payments and Mutual Funds at the location of Mumbai.


Experience: 3-4 Years

Major Requirements from the candidate:

Should have worked or working in API Documentation. Should know API integration and postman tool for API analysis. concepts like data mapping, transformation.


Require only from the domains of Banking, Payments and Mutual Funds.


The ideal candidate will possess expertise in translating business needs into technical solutions, along with a deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, integration specifications, and testing methodologies.


Responsibilities: 

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for financial services applications, focusing on Banking and Mutual Fund domains. 
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to drive effective solutions. 
  • Create comprehensive functional specification documents for development and integration projects. 
  • Proficiency in working with REST and SOAP APIs, integration/interface specifications, and data mapping. 
  • Experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and ISO 20022 message formats. 
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and successful testing. 
  • Plan and execute testing activities, including defining test cases and conducting user acceptance testing. 
  • Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and industry regulations. 
  • Provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to post-implementation support. 
  • Assist in user training and support, addressing inquiries and concerns. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst with experience in financial services applications, especially in Banking and Mutual Fund sectors. 
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, integration/interface specifications, and data exchange protocols. 
  • Proficient in information gathering, documentation, and creation of functional specification documents. 
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, including test case development and user acceptance testing. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration. 
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Familiarity & experience with project management principles and tools would be added advantage 
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis or related fields (optional).
