We are looking for Area Sales Manager- ERP who can conceptualize, design, and drive winning strategies and grow our business in end to end ERP - IT Software Services.
Responsibilities -
- Looking for Smart and Intelligent candidates.
- Candidates from IT Sales.
- Exposure of end to end Sales cycle across IT Industry
- Sales & Market Forecasting and achieving business targets.
- Business Planning & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory
- Evaluation and determination of current and emerging needs of Key Accounts.
- Skilled to Retain, Acquire and Develop customers in respective territory
- Sales Planning, Execution of Orders and Negotiation skill for deal closure.
- Identify and create opportunities to grow business.
- Create entry points, develop the right approach, and pitch the right solutions to prospects.
- You will work both independently and collaboratively

- Great leadership with very positive attitude.
- Be a self-starter, team player and result-oriented.
- Graduate, MBA shall be added advantage.
- Minimum 08+ years of experience in sales and business development activities in the above-mentioned line of business.
- Excellent analytical skills, Mentoring and Communication skills.
- High commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding of and experience in large Account Sales as well as Sales Management,
- People Management and Business Development
