Immediate looking for Senior Consultant- Execution as an Advocate for across India. Must willing to handle arbitration cases in terms of Loans Recovery.

1. Appearance in Court as an advocate across India

2. Handle arbitration cases with regard to recovery of Loans

3. Handle execution of Arbitral Awards

4. Handle Suits of the Injunctions- Suits for Recovery- Suits for Partitions - Summary

Suits Mortgage Suits - Probate Cases - Suits for Declaration

5. Coordinate with the external advocates across India

6. Execution of warrant of attachment.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Candidate enrollment year must be between 2012-2024

2. Agree to work as Consultant, there after not be allowed to do own cases

3. Male Candidate preferred with excellent com skills

4. Min 8-10 years experience required

5. Can join within 15 -20 days
