Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Utilize various job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) for hiring.
• Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Identify training needs and implement training programs accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain multiple MIS reports related to employee performance.
• Guide employees on company policies and ensure compliance.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems (PMS).
• Handle exit formalities smoothly and professionally.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years
• Qualification: MBA preferred
