Hiring for Executive Assistant to CEO for General Insurance Broking Business !

Experience- 5-6 years

Location- Mumbai

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for acting as the single point of liaison for all business matters related to the CEO’s office. The role holder is required to assist the CEO in terms of preparing and providing all forms of reports, documents and inputs that support decision making.


Job Context:

This role is a single point of contact for the CEO's office for all company level and functional strategic initiatives, market mapping, business related updates, representations to various regulatory and other business forums, process improvements / digitization, management reports, planning & budgeting exercise.

He/She is responsible for managing all the projects of the CEO's office. He/She has to ensure periodic reviews are presented to CEO by the respective Function / Functional Head’s, including closure of open actionables and providing requisite support to Functions on time to time basis.
