• Proficiency in Interviewing to conduct thorough and structured candidate interviews efficiently.
• Capability in Talent Pipelining to maintain an active pool of excellent potential candidates.
• Strong skills in Employer Branding to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
• Negotiation skills to create win-win situations during offer discussions with potential hires.

• Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
