Job Description:
- Coordinate with manager and understand the marketing plan.
- Draft emails and communicate the product details to the prospective customer/ client.
- Understand and address the queries raised by customer/ client.
- Act as a bridge between customer/client and company.
- Filling important document and communicate important information time to time.
Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Collecting and presenting data in MIS reports.
- Excel, Google sheets/docs, SEO/data searching.
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
Education:
12th Science + B.com/ BBA/ MBA; Graduation - preferably B.Sc.(Chem), B. Pharm., BE (Chem).
