Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our team at Actualise Business Solutions in Pune. This full-time role requires a seasoned financial expert who can lead our financial strategy, enhance financial health, and provide insightful guidance to management. The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and will play a core role in financial planning and risk management to support our growth and operational objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Financial analysis (Mandatory skill): Expertise in analyzing financial data and creating metrics to guide business decisions.
  • Budgeting (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in preparing and overseeing budgets to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill): Skilled in compiling accurate financial reports to provide insights and inform stakeholders.
  • Forecasting: Ability to project financial trends to assist in strategic decision-making and planning processes.
  • Risk Management: Experience in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating financial risks to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Strategic Planning: Capability in aligning financial management practices with long-term business goals.
  • Team Management: Competence in leading and developing a finance team to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Accounting: Solid understanding of accounting principles to maintain accurate financial records and integrity.
