Designation   : Executive – Sales

Reporting to : Sales Head

Job Summary: As a Sales person, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation skills and readiness to frequent Travelling across India.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Generate leads and initiate contact with prospects to create sales opportunities.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.
  1. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the products or services.
  1. Quoting and Proposal Submission:
  • Work closely with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of sales quotes, proposals, and contracts and other documentation.
  1. Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  1. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
  1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
  • Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
  1. Customer Feedback and Relationship Enhancement:
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve products or services.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering field.
  • Minimum 2 years of on field sales experience / Minimum 4 years of non field sales experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be ready for frequent Travelling across India.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
