About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Trainee to join our sales and marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is eager to learn how to identify potential clients and contribute to business development efforts in the IT services industry (web and app development).


Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential clients and identify new business leads.
  • Assist in reaching out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
  • Maintain and organize data of leads and interactions in CRM tools.
  • Learn and apply strategies to nurture leads and convert them into potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in executing outreach campaigns for the USA, Australia, and other target regions.


Eligibility

  • MBA graduates with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
  • BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA graduates with an interest in business and client engagement.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment are essential.
  • Freshers from both technical and business backgrounds are encouraged to apply.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in business development, digital marketing, or sales.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn or willingness to learn.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.


Preferred tools awareness

  • Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools.
  • Academic project or coursework in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Understanding of IT services like website and mobile app development.
