As a broad scope – you will be responsible for end to end finance

and accounting work of our clients.

1. The scope of work includes the following but not limited to –

a. Updation of all monthly transactions in the accounting books

b. Ensure all accounting statutory compliances of the companies are taken care off.

c. Handle year end reconciliations

d. Coordinate with auditors for books closure

e. Provide MIS reports to management in the format requested

f. provide financials as per US GAAP and other accounting standards as per client requests

g. consolidation of books if required

Job Description

1 Coordination for registration of PAN, TAN, Shops Act, Service tax, VAT, PT

2 Based on the service scope, coordinate with the team head to start the work

3 Take responsibility for statutory payments on a timely basis.

4 Accounting responsibility includes -regular transaction accounting, travel accounting. Handling all accounting queries - receivable and payable management, employee reimbursement, advance
