Job Overview
We are urgently hiring for the role of Franchise Acquisition Manager-Stock Broking/Financial services at Mumbai. As a Franchise Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new franchise partners in the stock broking sector. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- Would be responsible for franchise development for equities business pan India and generate revenues.
- Ramp up Franchise distribution - Conduct market surveys, drive Identification and empanelment activity of franchise across the region.
- Identify new Investors, build and maintain business relationships, initiate contact in the first instance, support the sales process and achieve sales goals.
- Responsible for expanding the franchise network through marketing and sales efforts.
- Negotiating and completing all necessary franchise documentation and agreements on time.
- Should be well versed with Franchise model of operations ROI
- Should be able to guide and scale-up franchisee business
- Developing robust feedback mechanism and ensuring effective implementation for franchisees on weekly/ fortnightly basis and ensuring adherence.
- Co-ordinating with marketing team for marketing activities for franchise development.
- Training and guiding franchise employees on the business perspectives and SOPs
- Skills amp Knowledge :
- Any graduate with MBA in Sales and Marketing with 3-5 years of experience in franchise development from a reputed institute
- Great interpersonal skills, should be confident amp should have high energy levels.
- An excellent communicator - both written and verbal.
- Ability and experience in selling concepts and business vision.
- possess an analytical bent of mind with numbers and MIS reports.
- Should be well versed with MS-Office and social media.
