To Plan, prepare, Organize and Execute all the HVAC repair / Revamp and Refurbishment works 

Keep all the customer equipment and assets safe and in working order   Responsible to plan and execute all the HVAC repair and refurbishment project works per the schedule and Service Level Agreement with the customer.

He should have hands on experience in the HVAC industry in repair and refurbishment activities

To maintain all the relevant documents /Technical Information, service reports.

To assist in Technical Estimation, site survey, submission of quotation for all the refurbishment and project related works

To execute all types of HVAC units installation, ducting, condenser coils replacements, Chiller Refurbishments.   

To ensure all the costs, Margins are in line with the budgeted costs and margin for each job Assist and Take responsibility of works completion and Invoice submission and payment collection

Organize & ensure right kind of resources ( Men , materials & machines /tools at site  Ensure the team follows and maintains good HSE practices 

Maintain high standards of customer service both internal & External
