Incorporating the changes after response wastages possible. To manage expectations of customers &amp; consultants concerned throughout the project &amp; upto the point Participate in pre- tender meetings, site visits and preparing site visit report to analyze&nbsp;the project scope of work. . Analyze vendor technical offers and commercial as well in view of project specifications and standards.&nbsp; To generate respective project site work progress report, corrective action report, good practice report, ppt report, non corformity report if any and also closure of the same &amp; circulate to PST/PM,OH, BH/CO Preparing comparative statements to analyze and select the most appropriate vendors and subcontractors.&nbsp; Prepare vendors cost comparative study report to get financial selection of vendors/ subcontractor &amp; price.&nbsp; Preparing required bid documents includes commercial and technical submittals.&nbsp; Collect all vendors’ technical data sheets, vendor’s specification, drawings and compile in line with tender documents to prepare technical bid submission Preparing coordinating post tender technical clarifications and commercial as well.&nbsp; Coordinating with vendor post tender clarification to technical qualifications.&nbsp; Prepare and transfer job transfer sheet to internal item (Design/Projects/Planning/Procurement team).&nbsp; &nbsp; Business development&nbsp; &nbsp;

To ensure technical support HVAC/MEP services installed/undertaken and guide project/design/planning/department on technical matters &amp; coordinating with OEMs for commissioning &amp; DLP services. (Project completion certificate in line with project completion deadline) To ensure that each project /task allotted to him is commissioned/completed well, with due attention being given to the scope of the project, its quality, the timelines, the cost of execution and the management of manpower (internal and sub-contracted) (Quality test report, Project test report, pre-commissioning checklist, instrument calibration report submitted to PMC &amp; 3rd party commissioning consultant) To commission all the installations &amp; ensure the design criteria as per the specifications. Preparation of internal snags &amp; handing over of the project with all operational &amp; maintenance manuals, including necessary training to the operational staff. (Feedback of client &amp; PMC in regard to project completion report &amp; demo certificate) To maintain an record of check list (minimum three visit, based on project quantum/value) of each &amp; every project undertaken. Number of visits to increase as per the project scope. (Through mail communication among project teams, consultant &amp; clients)
