Control on Safety and Quality of Work executed at Site Cost Variance Report / Material reconcilliation Report.

Achieving of Cummulative annual Gross Profitability Margins

Weekly review of all project progress and associated departments like design & planning, purchase and service as required.

Timely Billing and Payment Collection Achievement of Revenue (Billing) as per set target
