To ensure & comply for material inspection, tender specification, method statement, quality compliance document format checklist for installation/commissioning sign off taken from client.

Site visit report. (every quarter for outstation projects & fortnightly report for local projects) wastages possible.

To manage expectations of customers & consultants concerned throughout the project & upto the point when the site is handed over to the customer after installation & commissioning with respect to quality work.  

To gerate punch list/snag list & circulate to project site team, project manager, project head, branch head & corporate office.

To generate respective project site work progress report, corrective action report, good practice report, ppt report, non corformity report if any and also closure of the same & circulate to PST/PM,OH, BH/CO

Site visit report (report to be prepared) MIS reports

Ensuring quality parameters are achieved in the project site.

Software Implementation,i.e. TQ-digit analytics-Wrench(Training will be provided)

Cross team interaction, communication & initiative  

To identify the problems in the core areas & come up with solutions   Adopting best practices to enhance quality of work / productivity.   Building excellent rapport with Stakeholders
