Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical
• Proficient in equipment handling and understanding the proper usage and maintenance of production machinery.
• Capability to operate various machines essential for the production installation process. (Mandatory skill)
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance to identify and rectify minor machine issues proactively.
• Ability to work effectively under the guidance of senior production staff for learning and progress.
• Good communication skills to efficiently communicate any production issues or requirements with the team.
• Strong attention to detail to meticulously perform inspections and follow production processes precisely.
• Capability to follow safety guidelines and administrative procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in executing production instructions as directed by the production manager or supervisor.
• Participate in the equipment handling and machine operation processes as part of on-the-job training.
• Perform quality inspections under supervision to ascertain product conformity to specified standards.
• Engage in preventive maintenance activities to prevent machine downtime and ensure continuous operations.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and production efficiency.
• Document and report any discrepancies in the production process to the senior staff for rectification.
• Maintain clean and safe working conditions by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Identify areas for personal improvement and actively seek training to enhance production-related skills.
