Job Summary

We are hiring freshers as Apprentice to join our Food & Beverage outlets at the airport. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. Apprentices will receive hands-on training in customer service, food handling, and outlet operations in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at service counters and dining areas.
• Assist in food preparation, packaging, and presentation.
• Operate billing systems and handle cash/card transactions.
• Respond to guest queries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support stock management and daily inventory checks.
• Follow airport safety, hygiene, and security protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 10 pass as per NAPS guidelines

Experience: No prior experience required – freshers are welcome.

• Language Preference: For Goa Airport: Basic understanding of Konkani preferred.

Other Requirements

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu for Hyderabad and Konkani for Goa).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Presentable and customer-focused.

• Evening: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Salary

₹15,000/- per month

10th Pass (Minimum Qualification – As per NAPS Guidelines)
