Skills

• Good experience in most of the tech stack (Java, .NET, Python or GO)
• Hands on Coding is a must in your current role (min 20%)
• Strong exp in design patterns and anti patterns
• Advanced understanding of software engineering practices
• Expertise with distributed version controls systems like Git
• Proficiency with Test Driven Development and/or Behavior Driven Development and non-functional testing
• Experience of DevOps: you build it, you run it
• Advocate and experience of Continuous integration and Continuous Delivery
• Experience with cloud engineering
• Experience with containerization like Kubernetes and Docker
• Candidates should be from a product based firm only
