Responsibilities:

  • Sending Welcome emails to customers.
  • Attending to the customers post bookings, Issuing Allotment Letters and Agreement
  • Preparing documents required for bank loan Process of customer’s.
  • Complete coordination between bank associates and customers for home loan services
  • Sending Demand letters & issuing receipts for paid amount to the customers.
  • Taking care of Payment plan / Transfer letter /Demand letter/ Cancellation Letters.
  • Ensure timely collection of revenue from customers / Monthly EMIs
  • Communicate promptly site update or any other information to customers related to the project.
  • Analyze data according to customers balance dues and prepare reports for sending reminders / final reminders & cancellation letters
  • Project updates to customers on regular intervals
  • Uploading customer details in FOCUS -ERP as well as maintaining MIS in Excel format
  • Preparation of MIS reports of Customers (New bookings/ Registration/ Transfers)
  • Set-up and maintain files, records and data bases such as Customer information, cell phone and e-mail id lists
  • Coordinating with Sales as well as Accounts department.
  • Flat swapping and cancelation process.
  • Regular interaction with the customers and resolve their problems for various issues related to flat.
  • Provide a strong customer service experience on the phone and in person
  • Handling difficult and aggressive customers in a professional manner.
  • Explain products, services, pricing, and answer queries and overcome objections from customers
  • Record names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects contacted into the CRM system
  • Reporting to Team Leader and Handling Emails and total correspondence.

Job Specification:

  • Graduate with atleast 2 years exp. in Real-estate, Insurance, Banking, Hospitality Industry experience
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English / Hindi / Telugu
  • Well versed with Computers in MS Office
