Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Malayalam.
• Candidates with DRA certification preferred or candidates need to take certification within 2 months after joining.
• Should have an excellent convincing capacity to the customers through telephone.
• Candidates should have written and reading knowledge in English.
• Should have a basic idea about tele-calling along with etiquette.
• Oriented target should be achieved during the work period.
• Handling customer complaints and follow up.
• Always maintain the professionalism to the customers and colleagues.
