Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Executive for a full-time, mid-level position at our Hadapsar, Pune office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of professional experience in social media management. The role requires strategic planning and execution of social media strategies to enhance our client's digital presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of content creation processes including planning, writing, and editing engaging social media posts.
• Proficiency in copywriting, capable of crafting compelling messages and promotional content that align with brand voice.
• Strong community management skills, adept at engaging with followers and encouraging interaction across platforms.
• Experience in analytics reporting to track, measure, and optimize social media performance effectively.
• Ability to conduct trend analysis to stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement accordingly.
• Social Media Strategy (Mandatory skill): Critical for designing and implementing strategic campaigns that achieve business objectives.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within cross-functional teams.
