As we scale, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior HR Executive to strengthen our people practices, culture, and talent strategy.
Role Overview:
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and policy implementation. This role demands a high level of ownership, people-centric thinking, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Performance & Employee Management:
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and support managers in performance discussions.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance norms.
- Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support in creating a learning-driven work culture, especially for young and first-job employees.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Organize team-building events, workshops, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Promote company values and culture across all levels of the organization.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance redressals with fairness and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or IT agency setup will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Skilled in interviewing and talent assessment.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws, PF/ESIC/Gratuity, and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
