Implement Hubspot marketing system from scratch for smooth flow of operations and optimise process over time o Lead the Revenue analytics for writesonic marketing, product and growth teams
• Work with performance marketing, SEO and content team to establish what success, best practices, process, workflows, policies, execution, and enablement looks like within marketing automation software (HubSpot). Ensure these are constantly reviewed and optimised to improve marketing team efficiency including increase in conversion rate and lower cost per lead
• Collaborate with the broader Revenue operation team to understand how we are building pipeline and attributing marketing activities to this
• Ensure repeatability of marketing campaign results and Pipeline revenue needed Month pn month based on business needs
• Extract key business insights from qualitative and quantitative data, identify potential risks and opportunities and create solutions to mitigate long-term issues and drive more revenue and growth
• Normalise, standardise, and maintain Marketing database; ensure hygiene in Hubspot
• Build and optimise customer email journey to reduce churn and upsell paid subsriptions.
• Develop the business requirements and work with technology teams to evolve the marketing systems as our business develops
• Direct the team of product managers , analysts and growth teams with key insights and real time dashboards
• Assist in operational activities for region-specific programs as well as ad hoc project support
• Learn the scope of leveraging the right stack to make sense of data
