We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our design and project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, client interaction, and relationship management, ensuring the successful execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

· Lead architectural design processes, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions.

· Develop design documents, working drawings, and master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

· Collaborate with urban designers and interior designers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

· Oversee the sketching, conceptualization, and development of design ideas.

Project Execution & Management:

· Manage project architecture, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.

· Oversee design development, coordination with consultants, and technical documentation.

· Ensure timely delivery of working drawings and design documents for smooth execution.

· Lead project master planning and collaborate with stakeholders for feasibility assessments.

Client & Team Coordination:

· Engage in client interactions, understanding their vision, and translating it into designs.

· Maintain strong client relationship management by addressing queries and providing design solutions.

· Supervise and mentor the architectural team, ensuring high standards of team management and professional growth.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Interior Design.

· Proven experience in architectural design, project architecture, and master planning.

· Strong expertise in working drawings, sketching, and design development.

· Excellent skills in client relationship management and project coordination.

· Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
