Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good listening and empathy skills
  • Patience and resilience to handle difficult customers
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating the cause, identifying solutions, and implementing them
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations in a calm and professional manner
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and objectives
