Build credibility and trust to inspire investments in Cisco-centric projects and implementations with our Partners.
You must have prior experience working in Cisco Sales with Partner/Reseller/Distributor
You will influence Networking Partners’ namely Cisco, HP-Aruba, Fortinet etc.. business transformation while developing and promoting Partners’ unique value propositions, & implementation of networking solutions. You will also need to build trust, credibility and relevance with Partners’ sales teams to increase the number of active Partner AM sellers of Cisco solutions. Success will require a strong baseline of experience in customer-centric sales of Cisco solutions and the related ability to coach by example (adopting a “train, teach, position” methodology for Partner AM success).
Another area of focus is to drive strategic alignment between our Partners and Cisco’s direct sales teams to maximize our collective success. This will require working with Cisco/HP Regional Sales Managers to develop, communicate, and execute regional go-to-market plans.
Understand key industry trends and dynamics that are driving the need for major Partner and customer change.
Build capacity, capability, and collaboration within a portfolio of Partners to achieve loyalty and transformation.
Demonstrate, quantify, and translate how technology can provide customers (through Partners) with sustainable competitive advantage and improve business outcomes.
Leverage financial acumen and sales experience to grow mindshare & wallet share within Partner’s account teams.
