Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions, with a focus on roles in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Conduct interviews and manage the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • HR Operations:
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in payroll processing and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Employee Engagement & Development:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and assist in goal-setting.
  • Support managers in identifying and addressing performance gaps.
  • Digital Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand recruitment needs related to digital marketing roles.
  • Assist in promoting job openings via social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's digital presence.
  • Leverage digital marketing knowledge to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment for digital marketing or e-commerce roles.
  • Understanding of employer branding and online recruitment strategies.
  • Certification in HR or digital marketing would be a plus
