JOB TITLE : HR Executive

Location : Noida, UP

Experience : minimum 1 yr

Key Responsibility:

·Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention; completing personnel transactions.·Improving manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Handling the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, hiring, offer out till post offer follow-up.

* To update the reporting manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis about the undertaken HR activities and closures done in recruitment.

* Will be responsible for Employee Engagement activities for our employees

Sourcing of entry ,middle and senior level profiles (hiring both entry and support level resources)

* Sourcing of resources through channels like job portal and employee referral.

* To do reference check for all shortlisted candidates.

* Should be task- oriented & target achiever in time limit

* Should have good communication skills and inter-personal skills

* Building a strong pipeline of relevant profiles by doing extensive calling

* Database Management

* Ability to achieve set goals within deadlines

* To take care of the joining formalities, sitting arrangements, file work, document maintenance of the newly joined employees
