Position: Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 3-8 years

Key Responsibilities

·        Drive sales and achieve targets by delivering exceptional customer service

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions

·        Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and brand offerings

·        Effectively communicate the unique features and value of luxury and premium watch collections

·        Support and guide team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment

·        Work closely with management to plan and execute sales strategies

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, luxury, or premium products

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·        Customer-focused approach with a passion for luxury retail

·        Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

·        Team-oriented attitude with basic leadership capabilities
