Job Description

We are looking for a results driven retail senior sales associate/executive to be responsible for the sales performance. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and build sales. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail sales experience especially watch retail sales.

 Senior Sales Associate responsibilities include:

·        Contributing towards developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

·        Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff

·        Ensuring high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service

Responsibilities

·        Meet individual sales goals and store targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to junior sales staff

·        Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service

·        Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

·        Understand customer needs and provide services/products accordingly

·        Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

·        Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc)

·        Be a shining example of, well behaviour and high performance

·        Additional Sr. Sales associate duties as needed in absence of the store manager

Requirements and skills

·        Proven successful experience as a Retail Sales Executive

·        Powerful selling skills and business understanding

·        Customer management skills

·        Strong organizational skills

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Computer literacy to the level of understanding and analysing data for planning of retail business.

·        Capable of working on SOP, KPI and KRAs

Location

·        ZIMSON is spread across the city and can be found in every major business location and malls.

·        Selected candidates will be expected to adapt to company requirement and relocated accordingly.

·        This position is for Bangalore location and hence requesting candidates to avoid applying if they are not in Bangalore or not willing to relocate to Bangalore.
