Salary : upto 70K PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product analysis and portfolio prioritization by providing business insights to identify, prioritize, and execute key programs aligned with the CLS Strategic Plan
• Drive network and operational optimization, including brand protection, process harmonization, and technology adoption
• Plan and execute sales and promotional activities, including product and pricing strategies
• Deliver product knowledge and performance training to customers and internal teams
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of high-performing and customer-focused sales consultants
• Utilize strong commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales growth and increase store traffic
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service standards across the cluster
• Lead execution of key marketing initiatives and programs at the regional level
• Provide thought leadership on adapting and operationalizing projects and programs using local market insights
• Manage budgets proactively, including contingency planning, to achieve agreed business plan (BP) spending targets
• Oversee regional financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including Strategic Plans, Business Plans, periodic updates, and ad hoc reporting
