Job Description:

Enterprise Architects to liaison between Client enterprise architecture function and solution implementation team for effective implementation of architecture governance.

1. Study and understand existing Banking IT landscape

2. Study and understand Target state Architecture

3. Provide architecture assistance to The Digital Transformation Office

4. Govern/Review solutions as per defined standards and guidelines

5. Take solutions to Enterprise Architecture Governance Board and ensure compliances

6. Participate in transformation governance meetings and contribute to areas related to enterprise architecture.

7. Provide timely input to The Digital Transformation Office throughout the implementation phase concerning architectural impacts of the decisions.

8. Participate in meetings with Clients Senior Management team and Clients PMO team

9. Along with Solution Architects and Product SME's review and provide feedback on architecture documentation (to be submitted by implementation vendors). Recommend change actions based on architecture walkthrough and review

10. Be a part of Change Control Board (CCB) to analyze scope creep, change request and analyze its impact on overall program from the target state architecture

11. Provide Solution in case, the Architecture team needs any help

12. Govern/Review Vendor Documents

13. Form, suggest, recommend and Document Best Practices in consultation with the Banks Architecture team in the following areas.

a. N-tier Application Development

b. BPM / workflow

c. Integration (only review of best practices)

d. Data Lake

14. These best practices documentation task will be a one-off exercise and it will be covered under respective tracks. For example, best practices related to Integration and BPM/ Workflow will be documented under DMS, Workflow & Integration Track by relevant Subject Matter Experts.
