• Deep knowledge of Microsoft O365 platform, especially Sharepoint Online, Modern Intranet and Power BI
• Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role 
• Experience of Azure or other Cloud Computing Platforms 
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL 
• Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL processes 
• Knowledge about document management requirements, tools & processes
• Knowledge about electronic archiving requirements, tools and processes
