1.    Candidate should have 6  to 10 years of working experience on Cisco high end devices like Routers, Switches (Catalyst & Nexus), & firewalls, other technologies than Cisco added advantage.

2.    Having hands on experience on Cisco switches and Firewalls ( Palo Alto)

3.    Candidate should have hands on knowledge of GCP cloud network (1 to 2 yrs)

4.    Candidate should have knowledge of SD-WAN

5.    Able to understand the concepts of Radius / NTP / SNMP / line parameters and DHCP to configure the new switches or standardize the old switch configuration accordingly.

6.    Upgradation and new installations of Cisco Switches and palo alto firewalls.

7.    Having good knowledge and problem-solving ability of day to day working in client environment.

8.    Need to have knowledge of routing protocols like EIGRP/ OSPF & BGP.

9.    Having exposure to ticketing system like service-now will be an added advantage. (eg. Raising changes or incidents depending on situation)

10.  Good verbal and written English communication skills. Exposure to client environment.

11.  GCP network engineer certification will be preferred

12.  Good to have to have understanding about SolarWinds ( monitoring tool and packet capture tools like Wireshark)
