Qualification: MBA (Marketing)

Experience: 10- 12 Years (Minimum)

Salary Offered: 60 K to 80 K

Job Responsibilities​:-

Ensure, direct and coordinate with the marketing team for various marketing activities and policies to promote existing and up coming Residential Houses/Projects and proper branding and positioning of the same in the market.

Defining the sales plan and achieving the set target.

Lead generation, Team handling, Customer meeting to close high valued projects, Site visiting.

You would be responsible for drafting corporate Communication Strategy, Brand Management, Events, maintaining Public & Media Relations and forward the same to management for further approval.

Other responsibilities as would be given from time to time.

2) Position: Manager (SALES) (2 Nos.)

Qualification: MBA (Marketing)

Experience: 5-8 Years (Minimum)

Salary Offered: 35 K to 50 K

Job Responsibilities: - 

Defining the sales plan and achieving the set target.

You will be a part of our sales / marketing team & will be based at site until further instructed.

You core responsibility will be to achieve given / set selling target, payment recovery of respective projects, developing brokers/ Agents.

To motivate team that how they give high results.

However you will also liable to execute responsibilities that would be given to you from time to time.

3) Position: Executive/Sr. Executive (Sales) (2 Nos.)

Qualification: MBA (Marketing)

Experience: 2 Years (Minimum)

Salary Offered: 15 K to 25 K

Job Responsibilities:-

1)You will be a part of our sales / marketing team & will be based at site until further instructed.

2) You core responsibility will be to achieve given / set selling target, payment recovery of respective projects, developing brokers/ Agents.

However you will also liable to execute responsibilities that would be given to you from time to time.
