We have position for Leasing Head profile equivalent to Vice -President Level

Candidate Profile:

• Should have Good personality & Communication skills
• Should have good Negotiation Skill.
• Candidate Should have the knowledge about Leasing & Releasing of Retails, Corporate office leasing ,Commercial properties.
• Candidate Should have the knowledge of documentation of Leasing Eg. Term sheets / LOI/ MOU/ Lease Deed etc.
• Should Maximize Revenue & achieve/ maintain optimum occupancy level.
• Deep knowledge of Gurgaon market
• Min 15-20years Exp in same profile

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prospecting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations, and the development of attractive leasing models.
• Handling & coordinating IPCs & local Retail brokers network for commercial projects
• As a Vice President-Retail about the ongoing and future development of leasing.
• Ensure the right Tenant mix, Mall Management, and best Retail/commercial deals with Retail brands/Corporate houses.
• Handling due diligence of the various agreements & other documentations.
• Coordinate with Internal team for drawings approval/queries related to building/space
