We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join . This is an executive-level position that requires a minimum of 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, budget management, resource allocation, time management, quality assurance, and team leadership. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing and delivering our HR technology solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience of at least 10 years in project management within the SaaS industry or related field.
- Strong skills in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Excellent risk management capabilities to identify and mitigate potential issues before they become problematic.
- Effective stakeholder communication skills to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed at every stage of the project.
- Proficient in budget management, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints and resources are allocated properly.
- Expertise in resource allocation to ensure the appropriate distribution of team members, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Strong quality assurance skills to maintain the highest standards of deliverables through continual performance monitoring and evaluation.
- Proven team leadership experience to inspire and guide a team of professionals towards the successful completion of projects.
- A solid understanding of HR technology solutions and how they can improve business processes and workforce optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders, adapting as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform risk management assessments to minimize project risks and proactively mitigate issues that arise.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation by effectively assigning team members to suitable tasks.
- Conduct regular team meetings to gather project status updates and provide strategic guidance to team members.
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes by implementing rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and performance.
